"Why is a request for armorials being processed here and not in the Lyon Court? Firstly as far as I know Von Mainz has no entitlement to arms, let alone a seal. Secondly I am OK with Romain working out of this workshop, but unnoficial requests, especially ones which violate Lyon Court rules, can't just be made here to circumvent the Lyon Court and distribute unnoficial armorials.

I apologize if you took this as a slight. I had a request made for a CoA and I told them I would have it made. I also told them they could not use it IG (at least in the RK world), which Arienvonmainz hasn't. I am not one to deny people the things they want, if someone wants a personal CoA and Romain has no objection to making it . . . why not? Just because they are not entitled to wear it in Scotland, doesn't mean that they cannot have a CoA, as long as it is not displayed. I do not see the issue.

I saw no reason to take it through the Lyon Court as I know the rules and she would not be entitled to one, based upon our laws of nobility. Still . . . she does not wear it in Scotland, so I don't see the issue.
